It's not an error. Open Babel keeps an "audit log" of any chemical transformations necessary. This allows logging any potential changes to the chemical meaning of a molecule. In your case, you know that you've converted from a sequence of amino acids to the SMILES representation. Errors and warnings are noted separately.
