Hi all, I'm using OpenBabel (2.3.2 on a Linux machine) to calculate the Gasteiger Partial Charge of each Atom in my PDB File. It appears that OpenBabel fails to compute the charges when the PDB File contains a metal (Ca, Zn, Mg, Na). Does anyone already experienced this issue and find a solution?
