I am trying to use Ibabel on a Mac version 10.9.3. I downloaded the .zip file from here: http://www.macinchem.org/ibabel/ibabel3.php
I am trying to convert an .xyz format to a .pdb format. This process worked on my Mac at school, but I am trying it at home and I get the error in the subject of this post in the Terminal.
