Hello sir/mamdam,
im Haripriya.M, student of university of Hyderabad,im using open babel
commond promt to energy minimize multiple molecules at a time.its
minimizing all molecuels but im not able to get /see where the output file
/ minimized molecues are saved ? and is there any option to save output in
folder or format ?
help me please, because this part is very crucial for my project.
