Right. Infinite loops are a clear bug, and "crash" certainly is too. I think what you really mean is that it'll refuse to translate the CIF because there's nothing in it. Anyway, these are helpful - large-scale conversion efforts like this frequently turn up lots of bugs and gotchas, so it's helpful to hear what worked and what did not.
