I'm from the Royal Society of Chemistry/ChemSpider and we're working on "ChemSpider Reactions" which sounds like it's the kind of thing that you're interested in. As someone said, we do have ChemSpider SyntheticPages but the level of detail required for submission to that is more than you could get from patent mining - so the aim is to keep that as a highly curated, detailed database of well-tested reactions. ChemSpider Reactions will be bigger and populated from a wider range of sources (text mining, voluntary deposition, including submissions from ELNs eventually). It's all in the early stages yet - when there's a url to release (hopefully by the new year) I'll post a link on here as this looks like a useful group to gather feedback if you feel so inclined. Sorry for the lack of immediate useful help, but this is just to let you know that we're working on it, and in the meantime, there this is talk about ChemSpider Reactions at ACS in summer 2013 <http://www.slideshare.net/AntonyWilliams/chemspider-reactions-delivering-a-free-community-resource-of-chemical-syntheses > if you'd like to see more of the plans about it...
