Is there anything in the file "Makefile"? It should be a large file with
lots of compile instructions (hard to read if you're not familiar with
Makefiles).
You'll probably need to give more details about what you did, that is, the
exact sequence of steps you used to create directories, unpack OpenBabel,
and run cmake.
