It's generally not a good idea to e-mail me personally. If you e-mail the list,
you'll definitely get a faster response!
Setting environment variables depends on what shell you're using. Assuming
you're using bash, you would want to do something like this from the
command-line (or /etc/profile file).
export PATH=/home/vinay/Openbabel/build/bin:${PATH}
Assuming you've used this path when running Cmake, you should not need to set
any OpenBabel-specific environment variables.
