We are trying to convert fragments from one format to another, but do not want
the atom type to change. Is there a way to force babel to keep the atom type
the same? For example, we are trying to convert a five atom fragment of a
Benzene ring from a .mol2 file to another .mol2 with 2D coordinates. However,
babel will convert the aromatic carbons to C.3 carbons and thus create a 5
carbon molecule instead of keeping the fragment intact. Thank you for your
