Hi Steve,

Can you doublecheck that you are compiling with Eigen (see the docs) and
that /usr/local/lib (or whereever the libopenbabel.so was installed) is at
the front of your LD_LIBRARY_PATH.

I have a Linux Mint 12 VM, and can check it out if it still is not
working...
