Hi Geoff, After building Open Babel 2.3.0 I wanted to make sure everything was working, and when I saw the povray example in the Open Babel documentation I really wanted to give it a try.
http://openbabel.org/docs/dev/FileFormats/POV-Ray_input_format.html Avogadro doesn't have the same Povray options that Open Babel does. Sorry, I missed some of the discussion here, but if you built the molecule in Avogadro, why don't you save the POV-Ray file from Avogadro? These files should be self-contained. Cheers, -Geoff ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable. Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-d2d-c2 _______________________________________________ OpenBabel-discuss mailing list OpenBabel-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openbabel-discuss
