I was wondering about the maximum input file size that can OpenBabel handle
since I once tried to convert a 4 GB file of molecules in mol2 format to mol
format and the program gives an error that says it cannot detect the input
file. Just to confirm that I tried sampling 10 molecules using the same file
path and the program works fine. Thanks.
