Hi, I have a strange behavior with obprop, with 2.2.3 and 2.3.0 :
Eg with CCCN smiles, the obprop output is: name amine formula C3H9Cl mol_weight 228.947 exact_mass 59.0735 canonical_SMILES SSSCl amine [Only with 2.3.0] obprop: symbol lookup error: /opt/OPENBABEL/openbabel-2.3.0/INSTALL/lib/openbabel/2.3.0/inchiformat.so: undefined symbol: GetINCHI I have 3 versions installed separetly: 2.2.3, 2.3.0 and today subversion build. I'll delete everything related to openbabel and install 2.3.0 again, but if you any better hint... Are my cmake options OK for 2.3?
