I'm having trouble reading 3F9K.pdb, freshly downloaded from pdb.org My own code was crashing with no notice from within OBConversion.Read() So, I tried babel 3F9K.pdb -opdb and I got the same problem - babel just returns the command prompt after a minute or so. This does NOT happen on linux, but does on Windows. Can someone help me figure out what's going on? I'm using openbabel2.2.3
