Geoff, Thanks, I do have that file. It is in the /usr/share/povray/include folder with Povray's default inc files.
It does seem to have some commands related to setting display types, but it does not seem to have a camera or light source. If I add code for a light source and camera to the babel-generated pov file, I still get a black image file.
