The OpenAFS maintainers are happy to announce the availability of
OpenAFS 1.8.12.

This release brings the latest supported Linux kernel version to 6.9,
fixes an issue that can affect loading the kernel module on the
AArch64 architecture, and brings some reliability improvements.
