It brings performance and reliablity improvements, improved diagnostics, support for the latest Linux mainline kernel (currently 6.4), Apple Silicon and macOS releases up to 13 ("Ventura"), much improved support for the AIX platform, including releases 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3, as well as a number of bug fixes and minor new features.
