The maintainers of the iSCSI offload drivers? Other than qedi there's not a lot of new development going on, but the others still get some level of support and occasional updates. It's probably the right thing to use the MAINTAINS file contacts for be2iscsi, qla4xxx, cxgbi, bnx2i and qedi.
