If after you see that, you see some panic from the FS then the reason is
that after 120 secs (the replacement/recovery timeout value (see
iscsid.conf and READMe for info)) the iscsi layer will fail IO.
filesystems then die with a panic or the fs gets mounted read-only
depending on the FS and the mount options you used.
