When setting up permissions for the serials administrator and now the circ administrator, I cannot seem to be able to give them the permissions they need to do things like "set hard dates", create "circulation policies", or "create subscriptions". Each of these challenges have one thing in common, the ability to use the organizational units drop down options in a variety of field which include "owning library", "copy library", "org unit", etc.
The confusing part is that when I initially set-up the circ administrator, this was not an issue. Now we have lost that ability without having made any changes to the permissions area. I have been working on the serials permissions for the past week, so finding out that the circ administrator no longer has this option available leads me to believe that there is a connection. Does anyone have any ideas? Any suggestions will be appreciated. We are using version 2.1.0.
