Hi, looks like the mount-"Bug" that was recently introduced in RH. Please change /omd/sites/FOO by /opt/omd/sites/FOO in your /etc/fstab.

Do you have something like apparmor or selinux enabled? Btw, both "a2enmod" are unnecessary, this is done by the package already.
