Okular provides something to turn a page 90° clockwise or anticlockwise or to
rotate it 180°. However, it affects all pages of the document, not just the
selected page on the pages overview column.

SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. select a single page in the preview column.
2. Go to Ansicht>Ausrichtung>Links drehen (View>Align>Rotate left)
OBSERVED RESULT
All pages are rotated to the left.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only the selected page rotates
