I do not have a Latex suite installed on Windows. But with a PDF file open in
Okular I am able to edit the file with another PDF viewer (add comments, and
highlight in Firefox), then save the file. The file is saved successfully
(although I am prompted about overwriting an existing file). Okular auto
reloads the file on the update or doesn't depending on the setting "Reload
document on file change". This issue has been resolved either by Okular or
Windows since the reporting.
