STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open okular 2. Open a PDF file 3. In the top left, click "Annotations" to make the annotation bar appear 4. Click the "inline note" or "popup note" button 5. Click anywhere on the PDF file to open the yellow note editor window. 6.
