Formally titled:
Add a "clear" tool to remove highlighted and underlined text
Updated Title since that is a Feature Request.
Update seems to be an actual bug.
Cannot delete using "browse tool".
I still believe we could benefit from "clear" highlight - or give a quick way
to right click any highlight and delete.
