SUMMARY
The "Quick annotations" toolbar button does nothing when clicked. I can only
click the dropdown next to it to then access the annotations bar
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Okular
2. Click "Quick annotations"
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
I guess the last (or some default not used before) tool is selected? Or the
annotation bar should show or something.
