OBSERVED RESULT
Hello. I just discovered something weird. You can open a JPG file with okular.
You can make annotations there. However, it is impossible to print the file
with the annotations. (What is possible with a pdf) By registering we have a
.okular file. We can edit it. The annotations are there. I tried to print in a
pdf dummy printer. The annotations have disappeared. It is therefore impossible
to print the annotations of a jpg file.
