SUMMARY
While the document is rotated, the annotation are displayed in the wrong place
(as if the document wasn't rotated)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rotate a pdf document
2. use for example the highliter
3. the higlight appears in the wrong (unwanted place in the document) as if you
were higlithing the region of the document that would be placed in the same
position of the screen if the document was not rotated
OBSERVED RESULT
wrong positioning of the annotations
EXPECTED RESULT
annotations should appear where drawn
