I an academic research and this is the only missing feature preventing me from
using Okular as my main pdf reader. I am forced to use Foxit PDF through Wine
because even the Linux version of Foxit doesn't support session restore.
qpdfview does support it but its annotation capabilities are primitive compared
to Okular and Foxit.
