Saving a marked-up document as a "document archive" and then unzipping that
archive produces files with incorrectly encoded filenames.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a file with a non-latin filename (for example, документ.djvu)
2. Export it as a "document archive"
3. `unzip` that archive
4. Observe incorrectly encoded filename.
Actual Results:
The filename of the unpacked file is encoded incorrectly.
Expected Results:
The filename should have been preserved.
