1.0.0 is an unsupported version of Okular based on KDE Frameworks, compiled
from a snapshot of a development branch. Because of this, there are no
translations for that branch of Okular yet (some messages for the stable
version may work, that's why you see them translated). Please use the supported
version of Okular if you want to use the existing translations.
