When using the inline note annotation tool, I frequently want my text to wrap
inside a specified box size. I can draw a box before entering the annotation
text, but when the annotation is created, the box will expand to a bigger size,
instead of having the text wrap to fit.
This was also mentioned in the "multi-purpose" bug #353677.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select inline note annotation
2. Draw a narrow box, and add annotation text with several words.
Actual Results:
The width of the actual box will be larger than what was drawn in step 2.
Expected Results:
Box size should be as specified, with text clipped if necessary.
