Steps to Reproduce:
Active tool: "Browse Tool" (Ctrl-1).
Select area to zoom:
1. press right mouse button;
2. move mouse;
3. release right mouse button.
Result: display context menu.
Expected Results:
Add context menu item "Zoom to selected area"
(prevent using "Zoom Tool" (Ctrl-2)).
