One thing that I really like about Okular are the "hjkl" shortcuts to navigate
through the pages of a document.
It would be awesome if some other Vim shortcuts would also work, especially
"gg" - go to the first page of the document
"G" - go to the last page of the document
"73G" - go to the 73th page of the document
