Hi,
here my distribution:

DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=12.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=precise
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS"
I'm using 2 screens with KDE13.0. When I open a PDF or other document with
OKULAR my screens are blinking and my CPU is going UP (50%).
If type okular in Konsole, nothing happen. Okular is open and my screens are
not blinking
