A twelve page document crashes Okular with the segmentation fault if set to
double sided. Left as single sided it is OK. [Printer is HP Photosmart 6510].
I haven't exhaustively tried all other options.
I can print another 4 page .pdf double sided no problem.
With my 12 page document, I can print pages 1-4 double sided and pages 1-8
double sided no problem.
I can now print all 1-12 pages double sided no problem. Okular has woken up!
I have seen this before but it "has gone away" before as well. I'll see if I
can get a better focus on it, although I am not always printing stuff out.
