I can set the margins to what ever I want. 1.5 inch in the print dialog on all sides and there is no change. The print preview shows a margin around the document. Of course it isn't based on the margin setting that I set in the print dialog. When it comes to printing, if the default won't work in Okular, I change to a different program. Download the latest skymap from Skymap.com. This is the worst case test file. I just tried with multiple files and still the same issues. I cannot set the print margins. The preview shows margins but the actual print still has no margins. Other linux programs work as expected. >From the about info.
