Double-quote? Don't really understand but can't reproduce checkboxes showing an
X - they seem to show a tick.
Please file a new, separate bug with further details if you can reproduce.
The rest I can confirm.
It is caused by Okular's very limited Javascript support, so I'm adding
tracking by the JS meta-bug. Also, technically, this is a wishlist because
Okular never claimed to support this.
