            Bug ID: 306467
          Severity: wishlist
           Version: 0.15.1
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: [email protected]
           Summary: Feature request: tabbed interface
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: [email protected]
          Hardware: Archlinux Packages
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
         Component: general
           Product: okular

When we open several documents, they are all in their own windows. This
clutters the Window list, and we can't quickly see all the documents that are
opened. It would greatly enhance the user experience if we could open documents
in tabs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a document in okular
2. Open a second document
Actual Results:
Documents are in separate windows with no option to put them in the same
window.

Expected Results:
Second document is opened in a tab instead of in a new window.

Some people find it useful to have documents opened in separate windows, so we
should have the options to do both. Like browsers do.

Inspiration: for a really great PDF viewer, look at PDF-Xchange Viewer.
