The swapped memory is "substracted" from the free memory because we don't want
to prevent swapping in of any program that might be swapped out to be slow or
to end up putting okular stuff in the swap.
But to be honest i did not write that code and i'm not sure if that's the right
thing to do, all I just did was to fix the technical problems.
And as always everyone says you should not do memry managemtn in the program by
yourself so for a lot of people "we are doing it wrong", if you have a much
better suggestion and a real good rationale behind it i'll be happy to hear it
