Since KDE 4.9, it's possible to print annotations in PDF files. And it works
exactly like this!
It's now possible to print all annotation types, except for Stamp annotations,
because printing support for this annotation type is not implemented yet.
If you are a Stamp annotation user please open a new bug about it.
