Both print output and print preview look fine in Okular 0.14.3/KDE 4.8.3 with
mixed-orientation documents.
Might be preferable to use the same zoom factor for landscape and portrait
pages in the print preview, but otherwise this one could be closed as RESOLVED
FIXED.
