Help does not work until Khelpcenter4 is install due to missing dependency in
Okular install.

Same as bug #281314 with Amorok. Might be more widespread than just those two
applications.

A simple

    sudo apt-get install khelpcenter4

solves it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Ububtu 11.10
2. Install Okular
3. Hit F1 (or try open help from the menu)
Actual Results:  
A popup showing khelpcenter not found

Expected Results:  
khelpcenter opens
