I cannot reproduced that with these systems:
1) master compiled from sources:
$ okular --version
xxQt: 4.8.0
KDE Development Platform: 4.7.3 (4.7.3)
xxOkularxx: 0.13.80
2) branch 4.7 compiled from sources:
$ okular --version
Qt: 4.7.2
KDE: 4.7.3 (4.7.3)
Okular: 0.13.3
3) Kubuntu 11.04:
$ okular --version
Qt: 4.7.2
KDE: 4.7.2 (4.7.2)
Okular: 0.13.2
Cups 1.4.6 + libpoppler 0.16.4 on all systems
In all three systems I have Copies, Options, Pages, Job, PDF Options tabs in
the Print dialog.
