I think there may be many reasons for which a person may not wish to save data
about a given document. This request is one of them. Recently, I started
working on a meta data manager which easily allows for the option to not save
meta data. This would have the desired result from the OP. If the demand is
high enough maybe my feature will be of use to some people and be able to
fulfill this request if it is incorporated into okular.
