When Okular is closed while in Full Screen, when it is restarted you may
experience a loss of the menu, toolbars, and/or window decorations.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Start Okular, make sure your toolbars and menu are displayed. Go to full
screen mode, and exit through a KILL signal or logout.
Actual Results:
When you restart the application, it will return to full screen. You'll have
to use Alt-M to restore the menu, and then use the menu to show your toolbars.
Window decorations will be gone until next restart.
Expected Results:
Restart with the window settings that existed before the application went to
full screen mode.
