When kde starts and loads a saved session but there is no network aviable
okular starts emty. A reload at a later time (when network up) is not possible.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
start kde open pdf form web
restart kde with net disabled
enable net
Actual Results:
no reload of web pdf possible
Expected Results:
reload
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.34-12-desktop
Compiler: gcc
