When doing a search/find inside a document, the found search string is
highlighted in exactly the same color as annotation highlighting, so if the
search string appears within some annotation highlighting it is impossible to
readily discern.
I would propose changing the search highlighting color to something non-yellow,
such as a bright green, e.g. #00FF00.
