I don't think the problem is resolved in Qt 4.6.3. My office and home machines
both run on Kubuntu 10.04 with Qt 4.6.3. Both have identical software
installed in other respects. My home machine prints (usb) a dvi file from
Okular to a Canon Pixma 4200 just fine. My office machine prints (network) to
an HP 4200, but the same dvi file prints from Okular as A4. Both printers are
set up for letter.
