When double-clicking a PDF file, Okular always opens in "Fit width" view mode.
There is currently no way to configure a different default zoom, such as "Fit
page" (which I find much more convenient).
I suggest adding an option to configure the default zoom setting when opening
Okular. Note that remembering the last setting on a per-document basis is nice,
but doesn't cut the cake here.
